Lyla's straw technique is mediocre. Thus far, no liquid has traveled up the straw and into her mouth. So I guess "mediocre" is a profound overstatement.
In other news that does not suck, this is Lyla's last week at her current daycare. Friday she will say bye-bye to Yuppieville and then start a summer of Tuesdays and Thursdays at a place with real live middle-class kids, just like her.
This is also my last week of school. I have a stack of papers to grade if you're interested. I thought about giving some of them to Lyla to color on, but she was too busy nursing that beverage.
