Yeah

I took Lyla to the Children's Museum today because there was another heat advisory.

Lyla is totally a "yeah" girl. It's her favorite word by far. Ask her what she did today, and she'll say "Uh." Ask her if she went outside with Mama to blow bubbles, and she'll say "Yeah."

"Did you eat snacks at the Children's Museum?"


"Yeah."

"Does Mama have a baby in her belly?"

"Yeah."

"Is its name Abraham Lincoln?"

"Yeah."

"Are you even listening to a single word I'm saying?"

"Yeah."

"Is it time for night-night?"

"No night-night! No night-night!"
